Welcome to the Stratford Advisory Group website. Stratford Advisory Group is a boutique, independent financial advisory group that provides mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets and general corporate advice in Australia and New Zealand.

Stratford Advisory Group, which has offices in Melbourne and Sydney, was established in early 2016 by the principals of Cygnus Corporate Advisory Services (a Sydney-based boutique corporate advisory firm founded in 2007) and two senior Melbourne-based investment bankers.

The principals of Stratford Advisory Group have worked closely with a wide variety of clients to develop appropriate business strategies and successfully execute numerous corporate transactions (see Transactions).

The principals of Stratford Advisory Group, who all worked together previously at Centaurus Corporate Finance (Australia’s pre-eminent independent corporate advisory firm at the time) and Merrill Lynch, have many years of experience in investment banking and offer extensive business and corporate insights and complete project management capabilities.
